+I worked on my jumping mechanics for my game as I feel that solid good feeling jumping mechanic is needed to have a good feeling game. I then went through the process of how to do it, I definetly wanted a jump that can have different heights depending on how long you hold the button. However my first implementation was good, it wasn't what I wanted. I had it where it detects how long you held the button down and then it makes you jump depending on how long you held it down for. However the problem is where that it only made you jump after you let go of the button, this led to a clunky feeling jump that seemed almost laggy. So for my next implementation I will make it where you immediately jump when you press the button and as long as the button remains held down you will continue to rise to a jump height cap which I can set.

+I can also salvage my previous code by implementing it as a power jump, I'll have it where if you hold down the the down key and the jump key it will charge your jump, and upon releasing you will jump much higher, and of course the height will depend on how long you held down the button.
